This one was a present, so I’m not sure exactly where it came from. Trying to track it down online has been unsuccessful so far …
The ingredients are listed as Carolina reaper, Scotch bonnet, Scorpion, capsicum, sweet bell peppers, black beans, liquid smoke, rapeseed oil, cider vinegar and tamarind
You definitely get the reaper when tasting it, bold and up-front, hen giving way to a hint of smokiness and a rich savoury flavour. The heat dissipates quite quickly, which I found a little surprising.
Consistency is good … quite pourable, but not too runny.
Quite delicious in my opinion … slightly sad I don’t know where to find another bottle!
